Shortly before leaving for my trip to the UK last week I took a few moments to breathe in Spring on the hillsides near my home.
It was here that I found the pulsatilla I featured on Easter Sunday, along with these wild flowers – Thlaspi caerulescens:
And this unknown one:
It was on a chalky hillside, well-drained and south-facing, photographed early April. If anyone can help me identify it I’d be grateful!
