Zucchini and Feta Spread

A refreshing and very tasty way to use another of those beautiful summer zucchini, without putting on the oven or even the stove.

Grate/Whizz in the food processor 1 small zucchini with about 75g feta cheese and 1 clove of garlic. Add lots of freshly ground black pepper. Spread on your favourite bread or use as a dip.

Enjoy the zucchinis while they last!

  1. What a great idea… I finally found a conversion chart so I could convert your grams to our measurments on this side of the pond. You come up with some delicious ideas for sure!

    • It was inspired by a spread I bought at a Turkish stand at our market years and years ago… very expensive to buy, much cheaper to make yourself! πŸ˜€

  2. What a great idea! I bought some feta cheese made of sheepΒ΄s milk the other day in a small shop. ItΒ΄s soooo goood. ThereΒ΄s a huge difference to the things you buy in a supermarket. I bet itΒ΄ll taste even better in your spread recipe.

    • I always make sure I get the sheep’s milk sort, as many are made with cow’s milk or a mixture. You’re right – it makes a big difference!
