You had better keep an eye on your snowdrops as they might surprise you. π I can’t believe how quickly everything has started shooting out the ground. Only about three days ago the ground was still frozen…..(I probably say this every year! LOL!) Hope you start seeing signs of spring soon Jason.
It’s divine, I love the color with the gold stripe. I love Irises, I adore them and I love yours because of its beauty and because it announces that Spring is coming. Enjoy it. Cathy I wish you good weather so that all your Irises bloom and be a magnificent, incomparable, divine show. Cathy take good care of yourself and stay safe. Have a nice and happy weekend. Very affectionate greetings from Margarita πΌππ·ππΈπ±
Hi Susie. I have a few clumps of these iris now, and think a few more would look even better. π I hope to find some in pots tomorrow as our garden centre is one of the few shops allowed to open again! π
Yes it does! π Mine have just started flowering too, a real turning point in the year.
Several more opened today and I have seen bees flying too! π
Happy days π
So exciting! Snow here has been melting, eager to see our snowdrops, but it will probably be at least 2 weeks before they bloom.

How pretty Cathy! Not yet but it’s knocking very loudly on the door π
It certainly is! π
That is encouraging. It will be a while before we see those.
I know March can be cruel, but at the moment I am enjoying this lovely mild period! βοΈπ·
Beautiful! Let’s say it does mean spring is here. π
I really do hope so Debra! π
Lovely!. Amelia
We will start catching you up now! π
Itβs so pretty! Definitely means Spring is not so far away.
It is so good to see signs of life in the garden again! π
Colour explodes on the scene. They are great!
And this is only the beginning! π

OMG now I know what I am waiting on π I need to post photos of what my yard looks like though it has seen much worse winters π
Not long now Eunice, and your garden will also start waking up. π
I hate to rush seasons but mud and dirty snow is the worst we have here π
A lovely sight!
