    • I planted a few more last autumn because I liked it so much, especially with Thalia and the Heucheras which was a lucky but unintentional match!

    • We had some lovely sunny days recently, but always with a cold wind. Would love a drop of calm and damp weather for a day or two to stop the pollen flying!

    • I think it is what they call a ‘lily tulip’ because of the shape of the petals. I spent Earth Day sowing seeds Debra, getting my fingers nice and ‘earthy’ in order to ensure I have lots of colourful flowers later in the year too! 🙂

  1. Such a lovely arrangement of spring flowers! The tulips are really “dreamy” in shape and colour and the Narcissus “Thalia” are so beautiful. I like both of these flowers
    Have a happy weekend, Cathy!

    • Hello Elisabeth. This is a happy combination that wasn’t actually planned and appeared last year for the first time. 🙂 I added more of the same bulbs last autumn.

    • Its nice to mix a few flowers in with the veggies, or vice versa! And then there are always herbs too. My chives will look so pretty when they flower for example, and the flower heads are delicious! Happy gardening Gwynne!
