I looked back at all my Tuesday photos the other day, and what changes! First though, here’s today’s photo, a little later than usual as at 2pm hail, thunder, snow and high winds put me off going out to take it!
… and here’s a glimpse back in time. (Click on any photo to open the gallery…)
By the way, today is World Nutella Day! Last year I made this wonderful Nutella Swiss Roll, but today I shall just have some on toast! 😉
Are you a Nutella fan?
World Nutella day – how did I miss that one?! Nice to see the changes in your Tuesday photos – won’t be too long before the leaves are starting to show on the trees again.
It could still take a while, as winter is forecast to return!
Noooo, not a Nutella fan, to be truthful. I love food. But is it food? However, your series of photos is a knockout. Makes me want to try it in my garden.
Thanks – you should try it. It’s a great way of keeping a record.
I love the transition of the nature’s play in your photos.
It’s fascinating, isn’t it! Thanks for stopping by.
How interesting Cathy – we had the same weather conditions at 2.00am this morning – more snow then heavy rain has followed and it is still rather windy 🙂 Nutella is perhaps slightly too sweet for me but himself is most partial.
I only discovered I like it a couple of years ago! 😀
I love photo retrospectives and this one is excellent. 🙂
Ixnay on the Nutella, but my daughter is a HUGE fan!
Thanks. It’s fun to look back at the constant changes.
It is so beautiful to look through all the different pictures. Thank you for sharing them
Did not know it was world Nutella day 🙂
I’m glad you liked the post Sawsan, and thanks for stopping by! 😀
It looks like and sounds like my weather…I love nutella….mmmmmmmmm
I became a fan only late in life, although I don’t eat it often I do love it too!
What dedication, Cathy, taking the photo after hail, thunder, snow and high winds! You deserve some sunshine.
Thank you Susie… I really miss the sun. Is it still up there?!
Beautiful photographic montage! Somehow believe the snows have passed you by for the year ? Nutella: I better not ruin your blog as 60% of it is saturated fat and sugar . . . .If I had to pick one manufactured thing in this world NOT to eat, it would be IT!!!!
The snow has come and gone, but never really settled in… more is forecast though!
World Nutella Day! Never heard of that.
Make a note of it for next year! 😉
Ein Hauch von Weiß liegt über meiner Landschaft ~ and the sun is shining. 🙂
Thank you Uta, that’s a good suggestion. We also have a sprinkling of snow again, but no sunshine…
I have never had Nutella before! I’ve seen it and I know what it is I just don’t feel like chocolate in the morning. Weird huh!
Who says you should eat it in the morning? 😉
Well I don’t really I have a smoothie and some nuts…
The whole day could have passed without me knowing it was Nutella day. It is a fortunate thing I came by. Very interesting the various shots of Tuesdays at two.
Hi Strawberryindigo, nice to see you again. Make sure you note down Nutella Day for future reference! 😉
I don’t think we celebrated world Nutella Day here in California! Shame on us! We’ll have to remedy that in the future, because YES, I do love it! The photos are amazing to me So beautiful and capturing the seasons perfectly!
Thank you! It’s good to record how the seasons bring change.
I wouldn’t know if I liked Nutella or not. Every time I open a jar of it, some one has already eaten it all.
I am really enjoying these Tuesdays at two photos.
Glad you like them. It’s great fun doing them too – why not try it?
I wonder if there’s a World Cinderella Day also. On that day Nutella would turn into pumpkin butter at midnight.
LOL! I’m not sure what pumpkin butter is, but I expect it’s delicious too!
I haven’t invented it yet, but I’ll be sure to make it tasty when I do. Unless I turn into a pumpkin first.
I love this photo series! Great idea! It looks as if your weather pattern has been very similar to ours. Our snow melted this week too. We do enjoy Nutella occasionally but it seems too sweet to have too often! 🙂
You’re right – Nutella tastes best if you don’t eat it too often. I often forget about it in the cupboard and then rediscover it now and then! We’ve had a bit more snow overnight, so winter isn’t over yet. 😀
I adore nutella! I never used to, never had it as a kid but now it’s amazing! I hear a dollop is nice in the centre of porridge! Lovely photos, it is amazing how views change so much at this time of year. We had snow just for one day last week, it snowed Friday night and by the Sunday it was gone!!!
I must try Nutella in porridge! 😉 Thanks for stopping by, Anna!
A fabulous look back, and the changes will all start again very soon. I’ve seen a few shoots emerging in the garden and can’t tell you how excited i am 🙂
I know how you feel… my snowdrops haven’t opened yet, but the shoots are peeping through the snow!
I’d missed checking in lately Cathy and just catching up with the Tuesday at 2:00 photos. What a coincidence I’d just written a similar concept how Claude Monet would revisit a location to paint and paint again, time and weather passing by. As always much aloha your way. Dohn
Nice to hear from you Dohn. I enjoyed your post on Monet. I think the changing seasons are inspiration for us all in some way or other. If only I could paint, I would love to use colour and light like Monet did. But I’m happy to settle for my simple photos instead!
Your photographs are always beautiful and surely inspire
You’re very kind. Thank you!
Nice view on YOUR WORLD Cathy
I will soon share mine 🙂
Love it as well hazelnuts being my all time favorite then walnut 🙂
Have a great Week!
Thank you Eunice – you have a good week too! Hope you’re not snowed in! 😉
