Fingers crossed. These survived the mice, but a group of another ten pink ones planted next to these has vanished…. 😜 Reply
Such a lovely shade of pink. How lovely to be reminded of a great hymn of the faith by its name. Reply
I love the color of that tulip – would it be called cerise? FYI, I picked up on your Wild and Weedy theme this week for a wildflower/weed post, linking it to your late February post on coltsfoot 😉 Reply
Oh great Kris! Will visit soon. I should be starting my posts again in a week or two as everything is growing now, including – of course – the weeds! Reply
Aren’t they gorgeous! I seem to remember they were in the ‘luxury’ selection at the nursery I ordered from, but they have proved to be worth every penny! Reply
So pretty !! 🙂
Absolutely!
It will be truly amazing if any of my tulips survive this wind and rain! 😂

Oh no!
I seem to lose a lot of hyacinths – probably to mice.
It’s a battle out there!
I just plant more every year and try to focus on what they don’t find tasty…. tricky though!
I thought they were poppies at first glance. They sure are pretty.
And they are lasting well and slowly changing colour with age…. 😃

And they are full of grace. 😃
Beautiful
I think so too! 😃

How beautiful! The petals look perfect and the colour is stunning.
I love the colour too Joanne! 😃
Wow, that’s a beauty–both the color and the form. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Beth. Yes, the colour is remarkable. 😃
Absolutely stunning, the color is so pretty.
Thanks Karen!
